Eligibility Criteria
- Tax-exempt 501(c)(3) status required
- Must directly serve Ohio County, Kentucky residents
- Alignment with: Family Stability, Education, Economic Growth, or Cultural Enrichment
- Fiscal Stewardship: responsible donor fund management
- Sustainability: evidence of continued benefit beyond grant period
- Collaboration: willingness to work with local entities
- Equity: commitment to serving diverse populations
